We had out master bathroom done by Alan Dinsmoor Contracting Services in 2019. He and his team did an AMAZING job!
A few weeks ago we noticed water marks in our dining room ceiling, which happens to be below our master bathroom.
Alan and one of his workers came out to assist us in finding what was causing the leak. He ultimately figured out it was our detachable shower handle.
Alan took care of this for us. He fixed the problem and had his drywall guy come in to assist with the holes that were cut in the ceiling to find the leak.
My wifevand I just want to praise Alan and his team for being very quick to reply to us. He was willing to stay at our house as long as it took to find the leak. He gave us some great advice and was very professional.
Our problem was fixed very quickly. We appreciate his time and efforts. It shows he takes his work very seriously and cares about his customers (current and past).
